House Rules

Only the number of guests that were indicated during the booking process will be allowed to stay at the home. There are exterior cameras that will monitor anyone entering and leaving the house. If more guests stay at the home than indicated in the booking you will be charged the standard fee of $15.00 per night per extra guest.

Absolutely no parties what so ever are allowed. All parties will result in an extra fee of $750.00. If a guest smokes in the house there will be a fee of $500.00

No pets are allowed in the property. A $200.00 pet fee will be charged if it is found out that any pets were inside the property. If there are any remnants of pet urine/feces in the property there will be an additional cleaning fee of $250.00.

We know the joy of flipping on your favorite shows after a long day, which is why we’ve equipped every bedroom and the living room with Smart TVs with Hulu, Netflix, and cable. Grab a seat on the plush living room sofas, kick up your feet, and let loose.

You’re just minutes from local favorite pubs and eateries—but if you want a night off from the restaurant scene, you’re well-equipped for it here. The full kitchen is spic and span with a suite of stainless steel appliances, and a dining table for four is just as suited for digging into takeout as it is for uncorking a bottle of wine and enjoying a homemade feast.

How about a low-key meal at home? Fire up the six-burner gas grill and flip burgers or sizzle veggies while enjoying some sunshine.

When you’re ready to turn in, choose from three peaceful bedrooms with refined modern aesthetic, Smart TVs, and plenty of dresser storage. Unwind in the master or second bedroom, each with king-size beds, or opt for a third bedroom with double bed.

A living room sleeper sofa accommodates two additional guests. Mom and Dad can sleep soundly knowing the little ones are well-cared for: our home features a full stock of baby-friendly gear including a Pack n’ Play.

Get ready in a full bath with a shower and jetted tub, and keep your clothes fresh thanks to in-home laundry.
Guest access
Check-in with ease thanks to a digital keypad. We will send you the code to enter the home the day of your check-in. This entire home (aside from the unfinished portion of the basement) and the outdoor space are yours for your stay.
Additional notes
As a family ourselves, we know how much of a hassle it can be to lug your baby gear on vacation. That’s why we’ve provided a highchair, Pack n’ Play, baby gate and other essentials for your use.

We respect your privacy completely, but we’re also available 24/7 if you need us. My wife and I live just 20 minutes away and want you to feel comfortable reaching out to us with even the simplest request.
Neighborhood overview
Enjoy the best of both worlds when you stay with us: a quiet, safe, and suburban setting plus easy access to St. Peters’ best spots.

Drive 12 minutes to St. Charles, a preserved historic district on the Missouri River. Wander Main Street and stop into boutiques and restaurants (our local tip: plan to spend at least one happy hour at Prasino). Then, let Lady Luck tempt you into making a few bets at the Ameristar Casino, discover pioneering history at Lewis and Clark Boathouse and Museum, or walk the river banks on the Katy Trail.

From our getaway, you’re less than 5 miles from grocery stores, 10 minutes from Mid Rivers Mall, 2 miles from Route 70 for quick access to downtown St. Louis, and just 20 minutes from the airport for easy travel.
Getting around
We highly recommend bringing a car, and you will have access to the garage for convenient parking.
